Town Meetings
At the 2012 West Bath voted to approved that the election of officers be held in November to coincide with State elections. Per state statute, this is deemed to be the Annual Town Meeting.
In addition to the Annual Town Meeting for the election of officers, the Select Board holds a Special Budget Town Meeting annually (typically in late May) in order to approve the annual budget and conducting other legislative business as needed. Additional Special Town Meetings may be held throughout the year for other business which requires a vote of the Town acting as the governing body for West Bath.
