The Code Enforcement Officer is charged with enforcement of the Land Use Ordinance and other applicable ordinances within the Town of West Bath, along with other duties and responsibilities including:

• Administering all land use development, housing, building or related codes and all applicable state laws, rules and regulations. These codes also include plumbing and septic.
• Receiving applications for building activity and other development and provide assistance to those making those applications.
