Marine Resources Board

The Marine Resources Board works in partnership with the Shellfish Warden in order to oversee commercial license holders as well as recreational shellfish harvesting for West Bath in accordance with the

 

The Board meets the last Wednesday of each month with the exception of July and August.

If you harvest oysters or hard clams or are the primary buyer of these species from a

Vibrio Control Area from June 1st through October 15th, you must be Vibrio Certified by DMR.
